Ramsdell Pediatrics, Inc. is located in the Apex Professional Park across from Beaver Creek Commons Shopping Center off West Williams Street in Apex, North Carolina. From North Highway 55: Drive south on HWY 55, cross over US64. Go two traffic lights and turn left onto Pemberton Hill Road which is the entrance to Apex Professional Park. Follow straight back until road ends and you will turn left. Our office is the first building on the left side.

From US64W: Drive east on US64 to Apex Exit/HWY 55 (W Williams St). Turn right at traffic light and get into left hand lane. Take left onto Pemberton Hill Road which is the entrance to Apex Professional Park. Follow straight back until road ends and you will turn left. Our office is the first building on the left side.

From US64E: Drive west on US64 to Apex Exit/HWY 55 (W Williams St.). Turn left at traffic light and get into left hand lane. Go two traffic lights and take left onto Pemberton Hill Road which is the entrance to Apex Professional Park. Follow straight back until road ends and you will turn left. Our office is the first building on the left side.

From South Highway 55 (E. Williams St): Drive north through Apex on E. Williams Street as if you were going to Super Target or Lowe’s. Once you pass Haddon Hall subdivision (and corresponding traffic light), get into the right hand lane. The next traffic light is Pemberton Hill Road. Turn right into Apex Professional Park. Follow straight back until road ends and you will turn left. Our office is the first building on the left side.

After-Hours Care

We understand that children don’t always conveniently get sick during our regularly scheduled office hours. If your child needs urgent medical attention after our office is closed, it is best to seek out the nearest emergency room or urgent care facility. If you aren’t sure whether your child needs to be evaluated by a physician, please contact our office at 919-303-2255, and we can asses whether your child needs to be seen urgently, or can wait until the next morning when the office re-opens.

At Ramsdell Pediatrics, we spend as much time with our patients as we can. If you have a question regarding the health of your child, please call our office to discuss this with our nurse. You will be directed to leave a message on her voice mail and she (or Dr. Ramsdell) will contact you as soon as possible. If you call in the morning, your telephone call will be returned before 12:00 noon, and if you call in the afternoon, it will be returned by 5:00pm. It is important to leave as much information regarding where to best contact you, as well as the patient’s name, and medical condition.

Prescription refills, camp form requests, and all other routine matters and requests (if not taken care of via our website) will be handled only during office hours. If your child becomes ill after hours and you aren’t sure how to manage the illness, please call our office at 919-303-2255, and listen to the prompts to be directed to Dr. Ramsdell.
